Here is the questionnaire on self esteem where I share with you the final question, question 5: What Do You Do When You Feel Your Self Esteem Is Low Again?

It is totally natural that your self esteem will go up and down. That is because we are exposed to so many elements and changes every single day. It is like eating to give you the energy you need. And you would not stop showering tomorrow because you did today. I hope you will not!

It is not a one off thing. But if done properly, you can maintain your level of self esteem to a level that is satisfactory for yourself for a period of time. What you can do when you feel your self esteem is low again is to set an even higher benchmark.

Questions you can ask yourself are what can I do better?

What can I do next so that I can move on? Remember it is all about feeling good deep within, and the only person who can judge that is you.

Here is a quick run through on the questionnaire on self esteem:

1. How do you feel about yourself now?

2. Where and when do your self esteem dips?

3. How can you set a benchmark?

4. After setting a benchmark, how do you feel now?

5. What do you do when you feel that your self esteem is low again?

The above five questions aim to be mini self esteem builders to build up your self esteem each step of the way. Chuck away the necessity of a self esteem definition, self esteem is feeling good about oneself and performing at your peak with its help. We can never be perfect, but we can certainly strive to be the best that we can be.
