Here is the questionnaire on self esteem, question two: Where & When Does Your Self Esteem Dips?

You could be a mum or dad, daughter or son, employer or employee so on and so forth. Point here is, as an individual, you are juggling with many roles. For each different role, you have different responsibilities and you react differently.

You need to identify at which role you feel that your self esteem dips, it could be at work and you feel that you have low self esteem or vice versa, you could feel that when you are interacting with your family members at home you feel your self esteem is low. Run through your head now, or grab a piece of paper and pen and list down where and when you feel that your self esteem is low. Again I will strongly urge you to write it down in black and white because your mind remember things better when it "sees" it.

In order to facilitate and give you some help ideas to answer this question on the questionnaire on self esteem, let me share with you a few examples. Take for example, few years back my self esteem was lowered when I was asked to call for food delivery. I just could not muster the courage to pick up the phone to order pizza!

It could also be situational, meaning, you will have low self esteem signs with a certain group of people or when you are in a particular setting. Groups of people that most of us will encounter in the course of our lives are our family, extended family, friends, close friends, colleagues, seminar acquaintances, so on and so forth. Settings could include, at school, at work, during play, when you are engaging certain sport so on and so forth.

Once you have your list and you have answered this question on the questionnaire on self esteem, the next question is going to reveal to you how I build up my self esteem and how you can put it to work for you too. The is THE question that you must read word for word.

Finally a quick recap for questionnaire on self esteem, question number two is, "Where & When Do Your Self Esteem Dips?"

Like I have shared just above that it is most like situational or based on setting that you feel that there is a dip on your self esteem level. So take time to seat down and reflect when and where do you feel that you are not happy and your self esteem level just dips.
